TI retracted its intent to license the 3-D capability of its installed base of Series 1 projectors. Nancy Fares, Business Manager for DLP Cinema, claimed the intent to license was misrepresented. The question then is whether Barco misrepresented TI when issuing a document titled “3DK FAQ.” An excerpt from the document’s introduction as released by Barco:
