RealD and Its 2nd IPO
RealD went public in July, priced at $16 per share. At the time of this writing, 4 months later, the stock is selling at just over $26, up more than 60%. It appears that RealD’s investors are so happy that they want to take the money and run.

3-D to 2-D conversion pioneer In-Three was acquired by Digital Domain Holdings, a Florida-based company which touts director Michael Bay as an investor. Digital Domain scored a $51.8M deal in Port St. Lucie to build a 150,000-square-foot production studio. The money comes from city and county bonds, and developers.
